I thank Myriam for her enormous professionalism and humanity. As part of the Coaching path we did together, Myriam managed to make me understand how important and fundamental it is at work and in everyday life to know how to connect with people. I am astonished and enthusiastic. I didn't think that this program would bring such results. The projects they [the participants] shared all have key elements in common: listening, awareness, trust, collaboration, courage and humanity.

This program has helped me to manage the feedback conversations with my team members more constructively, I feel more confident and am more aware of the potential in the people around me. But most of all, it has helped us to realize that each one of us can be a protagonist in our company's project!

Now I see more dedication and enthusiasm in the people around me. I manage to receive more support and commitment. We feel more united as a team toward a common goal.

This program has awakened the souls and has greatly improved the collaboration among the departments, which was almost non-existent before.

Everything we have done in this program has great significance because I believe that it is also useful in our private life. This program makes us reflect both on our attitudes and on those of others, also I really appreciate that it is focused on ourselves because we are the first ones who must change so that something can change.

Thanks to this journey I have experienced what it means to CHANGE. I have become aware that change is possible and it begins within us. We have a big power in our hands, which is to transform and change situations.

I was in a crucial moment of a change-management process of my European sales team.
