I completed an amazing 6-month coaching program with Myriam. What was really important, I realised that being a good leader is a "technique" that can be learned. We often believe that our way is the only way to do things. I learnt that some attitudes may be appropriate in one situation, and totally wrong (dysfunctional) in another one. Myriam also helped me to identify the root values and cultural layers of managers coming from different countries. So, learning how to deal with managers who are "fact-driven" and with managers who have a more high-level view is an incredible help to be more successful.
The LAJ program has been a compelling experience. It enriched me by giving me EFFECTIVE tools to deal with everyday problems.
I began the journey to find a serene way to manage my reports with whom I often came into conflict and because I saw myself limited in my ability to influence my superiors.
I discovered a more strategic way of working that starts from a connection with myself and with others, which seeks the relationship before the action and creates motivation in the people that I coordinate. I started to achieve success thanks to the collaboration with others and the determination that was born both by clearly defining a goal and by keeping it "alive" over time and by addressing difficulties with a focus on the solution. In my work and my life, I have seen an increase in my awarenes of how I can make a difference in the situations in which I find myself.
I thank Myriam for her enormous professionalism and humanity. As part of the Coaching path we did together, Myriam managed to make me understand how important and fundamental it is at work and in everyday life to know how to connect with people.
